What we collect

When you ask for your access, we collect one thing: your email address. Nothing else — no name, no company, no country. We do not ask, and the form has no other field.

We do not collect payment details here, and we never see them: the book is sold by Amazon.

Why we collect it

To send you the page that carries your access, and occasional notes about preparing for the exam. That is the whole of it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your address, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Your address is stored and the emails are sent by systeme.io, our email provider, acting on our instructions. The practice platform at app.certprepguides.com is a separate service with its own account and its own privacy terms: if you create an account there, what you give it is governed by that service, not by this page.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough — you are not asked why.

Getting your data, or getting rid of it

Write to info@tessalarkin.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We act on it. If you are in the EU or the UK, this is your right under the GDPR; we apply the same standard to everyone regardless of where they are.
